Modern Engineering
At Mythic Engineering, we pride ourselves on designing structures that will last. We leverage advanced materials and innovative design to create structures that stand the test of time and nature.
Hurricane Homes
Engineered to withstand extreme weather, our homes use high-strength materials like reinforced concrete and impact-resistant windows. They provide safety and meet all current building standards.
Fortified Structures
Our fortified buildings are designed to endure natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods. Using reinforced steel and specialized coatings, these structures offer superior strength and durability for both residential and commercial use.
MEP Systems
Our MEP design services ensure efficient and reliable mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. We use advanced modeling techniques to optimize performance and incorporate sustainable technologies to reduce costs and environmental impact.
Insurance Inspection
Damaged by a hurricane or other act of God? We can provide stamped engineering reports regarding net damage and required remedies.

Your questions answered
Common questions
Why use Light-Gauge Steel Framing?
2.2X high strength-to-weight ratio makes construction faster and easier.
Non-combustible, enhancing fire safety and meeting non-residential building codes.
Flat walls that are warp, dry-rot and insect free.
Why use anything else?
What services do you offer for MEP systems?
We provide comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design services, using advanced modeling techniques to optimize system performance and incorporate sustainable technologies, reducing costs and environmental impact.
How do your fortified structures handle natural disasters?
Our fortified structures are designed to endure natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods. They use reinforced steel and specialized coatings to offer superior strength and durability for both residential and commercial buildings.
What makes Mythic Engineering's hurricane homes unique?
At Mythic Engineering, we utilize a cold-formed steel (CFS) load path instead of the traditional all-thread method, enhancing the structural integrity of our homes. CFS materials in conjunction with composite structure sheathing and appropriate clips can be designed to withstand wind speeds over 340 miles per hour, surpassing the highest wind speed ever recorded on land.
What kind of inspections do you do?
We focus on any type of home or building inspection except threshold building inspections.
